Q. What is the best way to care for my LuMee case?
A. Avoid contact with materials containing dark dyes as they can transfer to the light rails on the case.
Q. Will the LuMee case protect my phone too?
A. YES! The LuMee case is a tough and durable plastic case that will protect your case from impacts.
Q. What’s the best way to get my phone out of the case?
A. While holding the case with the bottom facing up, place your fingers on the bottom of your phone and gently pull up and lift out your phone.
Q. Will the LuMee case make me look better?
A. Absolutely! You'll have professional studio quality lighting wherever you go. The flattering light fills in any shadows on your face even in dark places like clubs, restaurants, cabs and bedrooms.
Q. Will I have to wait long to turn on the light after I start charging the case?
A. No, once you plug in the charger the phone will light up to it’s full brightness.
Q. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
A. It will take about 30-45 minutes for a full charge.
Q. How long will the charge last?
A. The case will stay lit at full power for up to two hours and for 36 hours at the lowest brightness.
Q. How do I work the dimmer?
A. Once you have turned on the light, simply hold down the on/off button and the lights will dim, let go when you have achieved the perfect light for your surroundings. To increase the light, simply continue holding down the on/off button.
